| well its april, and im home for easter, actually i have been for ages, but never mind. went to scotland after term which was good. and am now trying to work to get ready for exams which come pretty quick next, though its hard to focus this far in advance. also its sunny, yay. summers almost here. going camping for the night on friday by the river near here, will be fun with beer, fire and friends. three of the most important things... have got a job in the summer working in a lab in uni which will e good experience, though means i have almost no time at home. also trying to go to turkey for a few weeks, as it would be good just to get away. love you all tim xx

| SO its been a month. i apologise. that's way too long. I'm doing quite good. some ups and downs, but feeling good at the mo. loads of work though, which makes life a bit tougher and more dull. read something the other day which was pretty encouraging though. was saying about how God isn't just with us when we're feeling really or feeling really bad, but all the time. when we are going thorough the monotonous points in life, including writing a dull essay, falling asleep in lectures. which is a large part of my life at the mo.
quite a lot of stuff has happened over the last month, but it all seems a bit inconsequential by now. one thing though which is still in my mind, though it was more of an issue a few weeks ago-- I've applied to work in a lab in the biology lab over the summer for 8 weeks, which is scary. do I want too do this for my life? hopefully it will give me an indicatin of whether to do a PhD or not. even thinking about that is weird though. i dont want too be trapped in a lab all my life. watching the dts videos, and our own team ones made me realise how much more tired of life i am now than then. world weary. which sucks, i'm 19. ah well. thats enough oh, one final thing, we have a weekly themed night at our bar called Pav, this week its punk pav, so the mohawk may return, yay love you all, tim
(its snowing, and i just burnt my tongue on a pitta bread)

| hey, so its midnight and i've been on the go since 10am. looking forward to bed. devendra banhart's 'oh me oh my...' came in the post today. listening to it now for the first time. its pretty stunning. tho i the address was just to 'Tim' so everyone in my college was emailed (about 400 people) to ask who had ordered it and to come and collect it from the post room. pretty embarrassing but fortunately the guys who work their were actually nice, insteading of ripping the piss like usual.
